Attorney Katarina Kozakova graduated magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is registered to practice in Immigration Court. In law school, Katarina was a technical editor of the New England Law Review.
Katarina clerked at the U.S. Immigration Court in New York where she conducted legal research and drafted judicial decisions. She also gained experience in the immigration field while working alongside private immigration attorneys at Moura & Moura, LLC and Moris & O’Shea, LLC.
Katarina earned her Bachelor Degree in Political Science summa cum laude from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers University, she worked on the Rutgers Immigrant Infrastructure Map Project, which connects immigrants with community-based organizations to help them navigate their new lives in the United States.
A native of Slovakia, Katarina is fluent in English, Czech and Slovakian.
