Attorney Weijia Ma is a junior associate with Immigration Solutions LLC. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate. Weijia handles a variety of immigration cases, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigrant application, nonimmigrant visa application, and naturalization. She represents client in immigration court and in front of the DOL, USCIS and US Embassies and Consulates abroad.
Weijia is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of Moot Court team, and was selected as a Boston University School of Law’s representative to participate in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. In addition, she worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Weijia holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
She is originally from mainland China, an is fluent in Mandarin.
